Except for the cases regulated in Article 5, Paragraph 2 and Article 6, Paragraph 3 of the Law, your personal data can only be processed by us if you provide explicit consent and within the limits of the processing purposes. By approving this explicit consent text, you agree to the processing of your personal data specified in the disclosure text, limited to the stated activities and processing purposes.

I approve the transfer of my personal data and the special category personal data related to my request to NIOVA Foreign Trade Joint Stock Company's suppliers for the purposes of utilizing corporate email services, conducting communication activities, providing electronic or physical storage services or systems, managing the website and resolving issues, and carrying out marketing, profiling, and advertising activities; and to NIOVA Foreign Trade Joint Stock Company's business partners and stakeholders for the purposes of ensuring business continuity, providing necessary information, and receiving support within the scope of the services offered.

I approve the processing of my personal data for the purposes of creating a potential customer record related to your products and services, conducting marketing activities, being informed about campaigns and opportunities, carrying out profiling, targeting, and advertising activities, presenting the most suitable offers based on my past preferences and interests, and establishing communication within the scope of offering products and services.

In case my request submitted to NIOVA Foreign Trade Joint Stock Company requires the processing of special category personal data, I approve the processing and transfer of the special category personal data I have shared with NIOVA Foreign Trade Joint Stock Company.

I am aware that my personal data will be processed based on the "explicit consent" legal basis regulated by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and that I have the right to withdraw my explicit consent for the processing of my personal data at any time by contacting the data controller.
