Our 2-Year Warranty covers any material defects. Defects are flaws or weaknesses in the material that cause the product to break under normal use and wear. If a defect arises within the two-year period, we will repair your jewelry free of charge.

Please note that our 2-Year Warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, nicks, or loss of gold plating.
• Damages caused due to improper care, accidents, or misuse of the product.
• Jewelry that has been tampered with or repaired by another jeweler.
• Theft, loss, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

For all warranty claims, please follow the steps below:

• 1. Contact our customer service team with a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence if possible.
• 2. Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the process.
• 3. Once approved, you'll need to ship the item back to us. Please note that after the initial 30-day period, customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending a product back for repair or replacement under the 2-Year Warranty.

If your jewelry requires repair after the 30-day period has expired, these services will be available at a fee. This does not apply to material defects covered within the 2-Year period.

The timeframe for the repair or replacement process can vary depending on the nature of the issue. However, we strive to handle your request as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience. Our skilled team of artisans will do their best to repair your precious item. Please be aware that due to the intricacy and care that goes into each repair, the process can take approximately 2 weeks.
